Bermudas

There’s the Bermuda
                              Triangle in my soul,
Where I’m curling up,
                               securely locked…
But I can't get rid
of the feel: I drown –
I am plain out
            sinking like a rock.
‘tis no place
                      for mercy or redeeming…
And past Bermuda border
                                          the silence reigns,
With whisper
               ringing louder
                                    than screaming:
“My love,
                 I need you badly
                                              nowadays!”
… In the Bermuda Triangle
                              of my own
– Not in a fragranced bath
                                       with lights subdued –
In a scalding hot nirvana
                                       I but drown…
Caught in a swirl of thoughts
                                       about you.
